When our fundraisers are accessing FROG, prospects that they no longer manage continue to show in their FROG instances under "My Portfolio." In CRM they are not assigned as the manager and they are end dated under the Prospects > Prospect Manager History tab but, those prospects have not been reassigned. I found two KB articles that state that this is the expected behavior, but it lessens the ease and value of using FROG when 100 of prospects are showing under My Portfolio that do not belong to them. Can FROG be improved so it accounts for the end date and does not show unassigned prospects in FROG?
