We would find it useful to have an additional constituent update option for constituent update batch and import to ignore incoming data if it does not already exist on a constituent record. Eg: the import file has an address, however, for this particular import process, we do not want the address added if an address does not already exist on the constituent record.

It is possible to use the "Require manual review" option, however, this creates a prohibitive amount of manual work for data entry staff.

The existing "If incoming address is NOT similar to any existing address: Ignore address" logic does not work for this; the address is still added.
