The KPI value chart currently tracks the progress of the KPI based on the dates that the business process is run to update its value. However, that means that the chart doesn't show any changes that occurred before the KPI was created. For example, when creating a "Total Revenue for an Appeal" KPI, even if the appeal was created in the past and revenue has been received for it previously, the changes over past time are not reflected in the KPI value chart. Every time the KPI is updated after that, those updates are all shown in the chart. It would be preferable to have the option for the chart to show the start and end dates for the appeal, and milestones, on the X-axis.
