add Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation (database view) as merge fields in the NXT email builder

The current selection of donor merge fields in the Raiser's Edge NXT email builder are unsuitable for complex examples. E.g., if some constituents like to go by their middle names, or if someone has lots of complicated titles ("The Right Honourable", "Sir", etc.)
