Allow the Waive Registration Fee checkbox to be Hidden when adding event registrations

Currently, when you hide the Waive Registration Fee option on the Registrant Unified Add Form, the Waive Registration Fee checkbox still appears visible when you add new event registrations.

Please change the form so that we can hide it to prevent our users from seeing/using it.
