Allow filtering by date range on the Blackbaud CRM data history graph in Database Growth Management

If you have converted data this can go back several years resulting in the current data of the graph being squashed at one end. Compounding the issue is https://bbcrm.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CRM-I-3359 where the data is hidden behind the legend.


The report needs to provide date range filters to allow reviewing of data added within a given time frame.
