My organization would like the data shown in the BBIS Email Honeycomb Report available in BBCRM for direct marketing effort e-mail messages. While we can see this information in Constituent ad-hoc queries, we'd like to see them inside the application directly on the marketing effort and additional details on the constituent records who received the marketing emails.

• For email marketing efforts, we'd like to see the full email reporting data set displayed on the marketing effort: Recipient Count, Opens, Clicks, Spam complaints, Transactions, Open Rate, Click Rate, Spam Rate, Transaction Rate, Average Gift, and Total Raised.

• Further, we'd like to see the Donated, Opened, and Clicked data available on the Communications tab of the linked constituent records who received the email. These fields are available for BBIS emails sent to Constituent lists, but that information is not present on the Communication tab of the constituent records who were included in direct marketing effort email jobs.
