Currently, when addresses are submitted to Address Finder (AF) and a forwardable move is not identified, the current address is marked as Do Not Mail (DNM) and given a DNM reason corresponding to the code returned from the NCOA system. (Configured on Step 4 of the Address Finder process) If a forwardable move is identified, the current address is marked as DNM and the new address is added. However, when there is a forwardable move, the record marked as DNM is *not* given a DNM reason and there is no way to configure it as part of the address finder process. We would like the ability to be able to configure the DNM reason for this scenario as well.
