My organization would like the Membership Contribution Process to pick up edited revenue that has already been included in an earlier run of a Membership Contribution Process, so that modified amounts can be counted towards upgrading a member's membership level.

Currently, the Membership Contribution Process excludes revenue records from results IF that revenue was previously included in a run of a Membership Contribution Process. This means that if a revenue record that was already processed has the amount increased to a number that should qualify them for a higher membership level, the Membership Contribution Process does not count that new amount and upgrade the constituent's membership level.
