We would like to have the Constituent History Report/Constituency Audit Table include the date the constituent receives a system constituency (aka system-defined constituency).

Currently, if you give a constituent a user-defined constituency, that gets added to the CONSTITUENCYAUDIT table and the Constituent's Constituent History Report. However, if you give a constituent a system constituency (by making them a Member, or some other automatic system-defined constituency), that action is not counted in the Constituent History Report (or the CONSTITUENCYAUDIT table).
