Online Giving: comments field should have the same functionality on standard and optimized forms and a bbis integration for donations

On optimized forms, the comments field is only a check-off box, to include or not include on the form. It is not editable in optimized forms. On the standard forms, the comments field is editable. You can rename the field and choose to make it required. It would be great if the optimized forms had this same functionality as the standard forms. We like the BBBOG optimized forms and would like to replace some of our BBIS donation forms. We often include a field for “recognition listing name” on our BBIS donation forms. Currently we don’t have a way to replicate this field on the optimized forms. We can rename the comments field on standard forms to include a “recognition listing name,” but we’d like to use the optimized form version. We also frequently have an optional “tribute information” field on our donation forms. So being able to add multiple custom fields, or multiple editable comments fields, on either of the online giving form versions could be useful to us. There are instances where we would like to include both a “recognition listing name” and a “tribute information” field on a donation form.

If I could also make another suggestion, it would be amazing if there was some sort of integration with our BBIS event registration forms and the BBOG optimized donation forms. We have an optional donation option on almost all of our BBIS event registration forms and we receive a large volume of donations through our event registration forms. Currently we can’t take advantage of any of the BBOG features on our BBIS forms. Having intelligent ask or the ability to allow donors to cover credit card fees would be very useful on the donation feature of BBIS event registration forms.
