During the product briefing on Online Giving, we were referred to the Ideas Bank a lot. There is not an overarching Online Giving Category, nor is there a subcategory for it within CRM. There is only an Online Giving section under RENXT. I would like to make suggestions for Online Giving as a CRM customer, please.
