When creating values for a new attribute, data type = code table, if you create the values first THEN choose to edit the sort order from alpha (default) to user-defined, you must remove any associated data for those values then delete the values and re-enter them in the order you wish. There is no documentation or KB articles that the BB rep and I could find to advise you on this. It simply notes you can change the sort method to user-defined. There should be better documentation for sure but it would be great if you could add the values, choose the user-defined sort method and have a way to order/reorder them at any point, even after usage.
