Allow for a smart field to calculate payment that are in certain ranges. For example, we want to exclude payments that have been adjusted to $0.00 but currently cannot. Anytime we look at a smart fied to see how many gifts someone gave, it icludes the $0.00 gift. Since we do not delete gifts, this is causing us an issue.
