Ability to map fields in an import template after it's been saved

Users have the ability to create templates for import files that allow for easier and quicker mapping of fields when scheduling import processes. After an import template is created with mapped fields for a specific file and it's saved/closed, users cannot map additional fields for the file. This is a problem in scenarios where a field map may have been missed during the initial mapping process by the user, resulting in them having to recreate the template.

    This was shipped in the first release of Bulk Import in Q2 2018.  Bulk Import is available to the majority of our hosted customers.
