Blackbaud Secure Payments page removing HTML5 elements

The Blackbaud Secure Payments page, accessed as part of a credit card payment process (from a page using a Payment 2.0 part), is currently stripping out any HTML5 semantic elements (i.e. header, footer, article, section, nav) used on the page. This means that if a BBIS page layout using HTML5 elements is used on a page with a Payment 2.0 part, then when a user goes to the Blackbaud Secure Payments page as part of the payment process the page's design is heavily damaged - any CSS relating to HTML5 elements is skipped becuase these parts are missing. Until this is resolved, page designs cannot properly use HTML5 elements. This means BBIS sites cannot use contemporary design methods, and would also be unable to use any responsive design methods that use HTML5 elements.

This is planned for our 4.0 SP6 release in early 2016.
