If a specific solicit code already exists on a record (even if that solicit code had been end dated years ago), global change “add constituent solicit code” cannot be used to add that solicit code again. We are not duplicating existing solicit codes. If the solicit code that exists has a start and end date and we are trying to add that solicit code again with new start and/or end dates that should be possible.
