In order to add end dates to a constituency that is already on a number of records you have to delete the constituency off the selection using Global Change function and then add the constituency back on with correct start and end dates. Meaning you would have to run the process multiple times to keep the 'date from' accurate. You should be able to simply do a global change to edit the end date on a constituency.
