Add auto-generated start dates to Major and Loyal Donor Constituencies, which are system generated. For example, if we configure loyal donor to start at 3 consecurtive years of giving, the start date should be the gift date that fulfills this criteria for the constituent. Same goes for Major donor configuration, if it is set at 1Millon, then the start date should be the gift date of the gift that reaches that criteria for them.
