In the Click Once version of BBEC, the write a letter function allows the user to 'edit' the letter in MS Word. When the letter is saved the edited version of the letter is saved in BBEC as an interaction documentation attachment.
This functionality is missing in the web version in 3.0. The user has to use the 'write a letter' function to create a blank template. The blank template is saved as an interaction attachment. The user must then download the blank template, edit it in MS Word, and manually re-upload it back into BBEC, replacing the blank template with the editted one. This adds a lot of time consuming extra steps. Suggest we put the feature to just store the edited letter in the first place, into the web version.
