Maintain tabs when switching from constituent view to household view

When looking at contact tab on individual and then jumping to household, BBEC kicks back to Summary tab rather than showing Contact tab

      Upon further testing, it looks as if this was not updated.  I'll update the status of the idea.

      Is this confirmed that it's working? We still are experiencing issues with the tabs not sticking.
