allow for the deletion of event invitation correspondence records from a constituent record

Currently there is not front end operation to delete the correspondence record from the constituent record for an event invitation nor is it deleted by the system when a user deletes the actual event invitation from the event leading to confusion.

We tried the first solution suggested by Scott ("delete the constituent from the invitee list"), however, it did not remove the record from the constituent's Communication's tab.

The second option to delete the entire invitation would lead to too much loss of historical information.

    Two different workarounds:

    1. Navigate to the event invitation itself and delete the constituent from the invitee list. This will also exclude the constituent from the Invitation History tab.

    2. Delete the invitation from the event record itself. Please note, this will remove the invitation from ALL of the constituent records that are invitees.

It has been reported to Support that the invitation was an error, was deleted from the invitation process, but cannot be removed from the constituent record, thereby creating erroneous data that cannot be cleaned up.

This functionality is important for skeleton records (GDPR)

this would be great! i spend a lot of time asking our IT services to make this adjustment from the back end.

This feature would be well used post-testing phase of the email process. Our team sees the current option as a detriment to our provided service.

This would be great for when you add/invite the wrong Jim Jones to your event! We need this!!!

This would greatly facilitate post-event clean-up for our Dev Ops team. Please consider!
