To upload an image of a constituent, you can only go into the "Edit link" that appears when you hover over the picture on a constituents record. This is the same link that allows you to change a constituents' name. These two functions (upload an image and change a constituent name) should be individually permission-able so that we can put those two functions (features) into two different security roles, if needed. It would be great if you could move the users ability to upload a constituents' picture to a different feature (and therefore a different link than where it is now)
