When you copy a Marketing Effort (ME), it creates a new ME called 'Copy of', followed by the original name. You then have to search to find this 'Copy' so you can work with it. It would save time if the Copy function took you to the Segments tab of the 'Copied' ME. Also, you need a Category for Marketing Efforts. I put this under Constituent Biographical but it should go under Marketing Efforts.
