For screens that allow the addition of constituencies, documentation, notes, attributes, event registration, etc., we are requesting the ability to update the spouse record at the same time. Users spend a ton of time having to turn around and add the same thing to the spouse. The suggestion is to possibly add a check box users mark when adding these types of items. It can reflect “Add to Spouse?” or maybe "Include spouse?" and then those edits would be duplicated on the spouse record.
