Adding a "Mark as Tentative" button to the existing events registrants tab on a the event detail view.

Users have requested the ability to mark registrants for their events as tentative, for example some of their customers don't always know their availability to an event and even though they would like to come they don't want to commit 100%. Is their any chance we could add an additional feature as Mark as Tentative?

    This would be great as a 'reserved' option without 'booked' as such.  Wondered if these tentatives would count on the main event capacity total though of if there would a way to clearly see them at the top of the event (near the thermometer)?
