We need to be able to produce a single mail piece for spouses that each qualify in one of the segments. If only one spouse qualifies, then only that spouse should be included on the mail piece. If both spouses qualify, a single mail piece addressed to both spouses should be produced (ideally with the spouse in the highest segment listed first). Currently, we only have options to 1) always add the spouse or 2) produce separate mail pieces for the qualifying spouses.
