We need to be able to query on constituents in a Marketing Effort after 'Calculate Counts'. As of 2.9, this is only possible after Activation. We need this functionality to to be able to check our segmentation and provide query edit lists to the business so they can complete coding prior to Activation. Currently, the only way we've found to to do this after Calculate Counts is to Export and Import the constituents which is time consuming.
