We currently inactivate households where there is only one active member (suggested by our conversion team). Because of this, we cannot mail to "qualifying households" via a Marketing Effort because active members of inactive households would never get picked up. Instead we have to mail to "qualifying individuals" which we would prefer not to do because we are soliciting the household, not just one of the members, and when you use this option, the communication goes on the inidividual, and we would like it on the household.
