Ability to add alert messages on Constituent record

As an organisation that receives calls from supporters, it'll be useful if we configure alerts such as credit card due for expiry, pledge/recurring gift payment in arrears to display on constituent records. That way, when a call centre staff answers a call, they can easily see the alerts and update the supporter details while they are on the phone. This would improve data hygiene and reduce the effort involved in updating constituent information.
