Find a way to handle unique joint name formats Merged

We have a lot of special rules for name formats, such as two spouses who are doctors - they should be addressed as "Drs. Smith," not "Dr. and Dr. Smith" - right now there is no way to handle those other than a custom name, which doesn't ever update.
