Often we add constituents to a segment by Lookup ID. When we do this, we need to make sure they are not dropped by the Exclusions tab. It would be great if BBDM added an Inclusions tab that would process after Exclusions so we could add constituents here and they would be included even if they had an Exclusion. We would also then add them to the correct segments.
