Make it possible to enter assumptions to a marketing effort at the effort level, rather than (or in addition to) at the segment level. We receive projections from our direct mail agency that we would like to enter so that the "expected" figures can be reported directly out of CRM. The way that it stands, if multiple segments have minimal records in them, the expected responders for each segment will come out as zero and really skew all of the expected numbers, especially if you're working with response rates around 5%, which we often do.
