BBIS/CRM: Move Google Analytics tracking code in BBIS from footer to head tag Merged

APOLOGIES, I PUT THIS IN THE WRONG IDEA BANK (INTENDED FOR CRM/BBIS)

Google has stated the tracking code should go at the top of the head tag since they introduced the asynchronous code in 2009. In BBIS, the field found in Settings loads the tracking code in the bottom of the page code. The asynchronous code does not slow the page load like previous versions of their tracking code, which was the main reason it was moved to the footer in the past. There is a high possibility on pages that have a lot of JavaScript for the tracking not to run, the lower in the code it is loaded, and therefore should be loaded as high as possible in the head.
