allow benefits to be added when adding a recurring gift
Currently to add benefits to a recurring gift you need to add the gift and then navigate to the benefits tab. This should be surfaced on the add form like it is for other gift types. -

Currently if you have a recurring gift with a benefit the benefit doesn't carry forward to the payment. This should work the same as it does for pledges - it should carry the benefit forward. -
