Add support for more recent versions of SQL Server

As of now, the highest version of SQL Server supported for Blackbaud CRM is 2016. As of July 13th 2021, SQL Server 2016 will enter Extended Support, and there are currently 2 newer versions available, 2017 and 2019.

Add Multifactor authentication (MFA) as a option for logging into CRM

We would like the ability to have MFA as a option for logging into CRM to ensure complete security for our data.

Please make CRM compatible with Windows Server 2019

As of Service Pack 27, only Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2016 are supported. My organization would like to upgrade our web servers to Windows Server 2019, so we are requesting that the operating system be supported.
