Raise the cap on Segmentation Summary Report to allow reporting on >500 segments
Currently, the Segmentation Summary Report will not run if the Marketing Effort has more than 500 segments. We would like the cap to be raised so that we can use the Segmentation Summary Report on our large marketing efforts.

Add the Actual & Expected Start Time into Query
This field is available to be populated but doesn't appear in query. It is more common to get both date & time from digital interactions so it would be helpful to query and export this information

Ability to add additional "channels" for Marketing efforts
We are beginning to use texting more and more to commuicate with our alumni, especially our younger alumni populations. The only options currently are mail, email, phone or multi-channel.

Enable the revenue in a Gift Aid claim to be "marked as claimed" independently from the gift Aid refunds.
This would cover scenarios where HMRC confirm the two separately.

provide a way to delete/maintain/reduce the dbo.stats table
in database growth managment the stats table frequently features in the top 10 tables by size. There is currently no out of the box global change or delete process for this table so it's growth can not be maintained.

Add the ability to exclude confidential addresses and phone numbers
In BBIS, it would be beneficial to have the option to exclude phones and addresses marked in BBCRM as confidential. There may be instances where the organization may not want the value shown in BBIS.

Add the option to turn on/off the automatic use of the primary phone number if the constituent doesn't have a 'Home' phone number on their CRM record.
If the Home phone merge field is placed onto the profile display form in BBIS and the constituent doesn't have a home phone linked to CRM, then the profile display will display the primary phone number. This is applicable to the Home phone number ...

Add the ability to setup an acknowledgement email after saving the preferences on the communication preference form
Currently, there isn't a way to do this, but it would be useful to add this functionality in case the organization would like to also send a confirmation email to the subscriber's email immediately after they have subscribed.

Update Enhanced Revenue Batch - Required Revenue Category prevents split applications
This is frustrating - when an enhanced revenue batch template is configured to make Revenue Category required you can no longer commit transactions with split applications (because split applications use the Revenue Category on splits). Please fix!
