Currently in the Site Task Group, granting view rights to Email Messages, Invalid Accounts, and Notifications does not allow users to see BBIS Email Reports. A user must have create rights or full rights to Email Messages, Invalid Accounts, and Notifications to view email reports. Our organization believes that viewing email reports should logically be included in view rights section as we would like some users to be able to see email statistics without being able to create or even send email messages.
