Add filters for finding parts and images not being used

It would be extremely helpful if the parts library and the image library would have filters to find parts or images that are not currently being used anywhere.  We have a lot of assets in the system that could be cleaned up if there were an easy way to identify them.

    I'd still love to see this implemented.  Seems like an easy enough filter to work in and it would make keeping the system slim so much easier!
