Add CC and BCC options to BBIS Event Acknowledgement email

Our staff would like to be able to know immediately when someone registers for an event, prior to those transactions being downloaded into CRM and committed.

It would be awesome add CC and BCC fields to the acknowledgement email.

Agreed. The staff notifcation does not perform the same function and you have to remeber to go confgure it separately from the event acknowledgement email for EACH event. It would be so much easier if the Acknowledgment email form were updated across the board to include CC and BCC fields and that this would work for any form in the system using a Payment 2.0 part.

Please remove the tag "shipped prior to 4.0" as this functionality does not exist.   That tag falsely implies that we can do this today and we can't.

    Samantha,

Sure, I can send a notification to a staff person - but I can't send the exact same notification that the donor gets, particularly when using Payment Part 2.0 for event registrations.

We *REALLY* need to be able to just send people a copy of their confirmation email if they ask for it.

Cut and paste from an email I got from someone who uses that functionality.  Yes, this functionality exists.  It would be a lot easier to just CC people the registration email.

The notification process can be problematic with Event parts that reference multiple events.  In those cases, the recipient of alerts might receive multiple copies of a notification, with a varying level of completeness. In those cases, we instruct the recipient of the email to pay attention the last email in the group. I know it doesn’t make much sense… if I find an example, I will send you a sample of the emails that exhibit this behavior.

This can be accomplished today through the staff notification functionality. This has to first be setup via Email-->Notifications.
