Payroll Deductions are essentially recurring gifts that don't use credit cards. There are already options for bill me later and direct debit. It seems like it would be easy enough to add support for Payroll Deductions. It would just submit a recurring gift with out CC information and add a spot in batch to denote it should be setup as a Payroll Deduction.
