Allow CRM Membership Form Add-Ons to pull through into BBIS Membership Form

Can create add-ons (additional offerings like parking pass, guest membership) in CRM but cannot pull these options through into BBIS Membership Form. Would like the ability to offer a member the add-on options specified in CRM.
