This is regarding the Donation Form part in BBIS. Currently, under Attributes when you check a box under the Display column, the Caption displays with a Text box under it. Instead of only displaying a Text box field when the Display column is checked, it would be a better user experience if there was a selection of the following field types to have the choice of choosing: text box, Yes/No, Date, etc.
