When using a communication preferences form users should have the option to review when a constituent selects to unsubscribe from a specific type of communication.

When a user selects to unsubscribe from a specific type of communication the corresponding solicit code is updated on their record in CRM. It would be helpful if our end users determine, either via query or, ideally from the BBIS message report, when a user has selected this option? If users select the global option it appears that they will show up as opt outs in the message report. If the users clicks onto the communication preferences form, you can see in the message report that they navigated to the form, but you cannot see if they selected to unsubscribe. This client would like to deliver query results or a message report that would demonstrate which people selected to unsubscribe (update a communication preference) from which email they received.

I don't understand how you can present BBIS as a viable mass email service when it does not show BASIC mass emails stats.

Details on how many users unsubscribe per message or what actions they take subsequent to an email message is Mass Emaill 101.

Attached is what a proper, professional mass email service provides.

    Hi,

We are a new client and have been using BBIS for about a year and were surprised to discover that opt outs per email message were not part of the existing reporting. This is an essential feature that needs to be included in future releases. Thank you Erika for submitting this idea.

    Hi Sam,

I guess the answer is both?  We want to easily see which messages "caused" a user to unsubscribe, both at the message report level and then from the constituent record (so either in query or somewhere else in CRM).

    Erika,

Are you trying to more easily see unsubscribes per message? Or are you trying to get more general information about opt-out dates by solicit code or mail preference option to be able to track or audit opt-outs?
