Add CC and BCC options to BBIS Advance Donation Form Acknowledgement

Donors often call us and ask for a copy of their donation acknowledgement.  We are unable to do this with the Advanced Donation Form, as it's not supported by the Notification functionality.

    I think CC and BCC fields should be available on ANY acknowledgement email in BBIS. Especially since most of those types of transactions are not eligible for the email notification feature.
