Add a merge field option for a receipt to the Advanced Donation Forms Acknowledgement step
This would allow the acknowledgements that are set out to have a receipt number added to them. If in the event someone needed to contact the organization afterwards, they would be able to refer to their receipt number.
Sam - I think a lot of the receipt issues around BBIS could be dealt with by allowing for the e-receipt functionality to be built into/allowed for on all donation and event registration form type.
This is planned for 2017 - specifically, we are normalizing the ereceipting functionality across the donation-related parts (donation form, payment part 2.0 and advanced donation form) and also adding a way to access the receipt from the constituent record in CRM.

This is very much needed. It doesn't make sense to have an e-commerce solution that doesn't provide the donor with a confirmation number of some sort.
