My organization has hundreds of files that we give only Board of Trustees members access to. Unfortunately, if in the process of adding security to each file individually one gets skipped, then Google indexes the file. We think the ability to add security similar to the way that BBIS allows a bulk move of files into different folders would be a great feature for BBIS to have.
