From the Prospects area, there is a button titled 'Add a Major Giving Prospect', however, the form allows for the addition of the consittuency, a prospect manager assignment and a build out of a mgp plan and its team. The title is not descriptive enough for the user to know that the form includes all of these changes and should be re-titled.
