CRM Currently Features Microsoft Exchange Integration. Many non-profits are increasingly using Google services for email and calendar, in place of exchange - especially as Google offers their business services free to non-profits. I suggest Blackbaud replicate the Exchange integration features for Google Services integration. Most of all, we'd like the ability to integrate with Google calendar for events and interactions.
