Allow tributes to be assigned to designations
It would be helpful to be able to assign a tribute to a designation and have that tribute provided as a default for gifts to that designation (with the ability to override or remove the tribute for a specific gift).

To clarify: You can link a default designation to a tribute today. The designation will be defaulted on revenue received to that tribute. This sounds like you'd like the ability to link the other way, so revenue received to a designation would automatically default the tribute.
This is very much still needed! It would save valuable time for processors!
